Number of total players: 10 slots available ITHACA IN THE CARDS by Aaron Lim “A game about tragedy, and what it means to persevere in search of a way home.” Ithaca in the Cards: Second Expedition is a blackjack-driven story game for 2-5 players about doomed travelers on a perilous journey home, inspired by The Odyssey! Create characters bonded by a shared quest, now facing a perilous journey home filled with danger and uncertainty. Take turns narrating how Fate works against you, by drawing cards that shape your challenges. Narrate how you rely on an Asset, Aim, or Archetype to face these Trials, adding up strengths — If you fall short, you lose whatever you rely upon… lose too many, and you die. WHAT IS A GM-LESS GAME? A GM-less game, in terms of tabletop role-playing games, is a game where there isn't a dedicated Game Master (GM) who controls the game world, narrative, and rules. Instead, all players share the responsibility of guiding the story and making decisions, often collaboratively.
